Order by 2:00 pm Pacific Time during business hours and we'll ship your purchase the SAME DAY. Even personalized Limoges boxes go out the door right away. You won't have to wait. SHIPPING METHODS:

We're committed to offering you the best shipping options, customized to fit your specific needs, no matter where you are. You can choose from several convenient methods to receive your order safely and quickly. Whether you’re in a big city or a remote area, we’ve got options designed just for you. Here's what you can choose from:

    »  USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery within United States)

    »  FedEx with various shipping options, including home delivery (3-4 day), Two-Day or Overnight delivery

Shipments outside the United States are sent via your choice of USPS Priority International Mail or FedEx.  Insurance is included.

 

Once we ship your package via your shipping method choice, we have no control over its delivery.  If there is any delay with delivery of your package due to carrier issues, you can contact USPS or FedEx and provide them with your tracking number for more detail on delivery.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE:

We carefully inspect each Limoges box before it's ready for shipment. Every box is meticulously packaged to ensure it arrives in immaculate condition. Each package is fully insured against any loss or damage during transit. Our commitment to quality means you get a flawless product every time.

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, contact us by email right away to receive a pre-authorization for your return. We'll start the insurance process immediately.

We will need the following from you:

    »  An email stating that you received an item that was damaged during shipping.

    »  A photo of the damaged Limoges box as well as the damaged shipping box it arrived in. (for insurance purposes)

The insurance process usually takes a few days. Once approved, we'll send you a replacement (if you wish to receive one and if available) or refund your purchase price.
