Q – Is the Limoges box I receive the same as pictured on your website?

Since we carry multiples of various styles of Limoges boxes, we photograph one of each style of Limoges box.  We make sure to provide several large images of each Limoges style from various angles so that you get a very clear idea of what the Limoges box looks like.  However, as Limoges boxes are crafted and hand-painted individually, there are always slight variations in brush strokes, metalwork, etc. on each Limoges box.

We ship SAME-DAY!  If you place your order before 2:00 pm (PST) Monday thru Saturday, your order will be shipped the same day.

 

Q – What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) as well as FedEx Home Delivery (3-5 days), FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight.

Once we ship your package via your shipping method choice, we have no control over its delivery.  If there is any delay with delivery of your package, you can contact USPS or FedEx (whichever you selected) and provide them with your tracking number for more detail on delivery.

 

Q – Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.  You can see your shipping options once you enter your address information during checkout.

 

Q - Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

Q – What if my Limoges box arrives damaged?
