We strive to make your shopping experience both enjoyable and hassle-free. Our high-quality French Limoges boxes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and exactly as described. Each piece reflects the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Limoges and we stand by our products.

But if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy exchanges or refunds. Just contact us for pre-authorization and we'll handle the rest. We believe in making things right, so you can shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.

To receive pre-authorization, simply contact us by email to let us know you wish to exchange or return the Limoges box you purchased. We will then confirm your exchange or return.

You can return or exchange all stock items, except special orders and personalized Limoges boxes, within 7 days of receiving them. To do so, you need pre-authorization. Once you receive confirmation, send the items back within 7 days along with the original invoice and packaging, making sure the Limoges box is undamaged. If we have a replacement, we'll send it to you. If not, we'll refund the full purchase price, minus shipping charges. Items returned after 7 days and up to 30 days will get store credit only.  We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
